Reinhold Hein (1866 - 1913) My grandfather was born on July 13, 1866 and emmigrated to the United States from Silesia (Schlissen) Germany in 1883. He became a citizen in 1898. He married Katie Thome in Wadena, Minnesota around 1901. Their children, all born in Wadena or Bertha, Minnesota were:  Margaret (19xx), Agnes B. (19xx), John N. (19xx), Robert J. (1910) and Mary Catherine (1913) I don't have any photos of him nor a description. I beleive this photo is of his mother, but I am not certain. The newspaper account of his death says that he was survived by a brother, Robert J. Hein, and a sister, Mary Steger. Both of St. Paul, Minnesota. He is buried in the Catholic Cemetery
